RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Thank you for shopping with Threads & Co.! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Returns:

• We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for fresh, unused products.
• All tags must be intact, packaging must be in its original condition, and the original invoice must be included.
• Items bought on sale cannot be returned.
• Products cannot be returned due to differences in color monitors/screens or lighting used during photoshoots.
• We only accept returns for defective products or if the wrong item has been delivered.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service center at sales@threadsco.pk within 3 days of delivery. Please include images of the defective or wrong product.
• Once our team reviews the product, we will issue an online voucher of the same value.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges can be made within 7 days of the delivery date for fresh, unused products.
• All tags must be intact, packaging must be in its original condition, and the original invoice must be included.

Refunds:

• We have a No Refund Policy, except in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock.
• Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
• You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow 7 days for returns processing and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation:

• You may cancel your order any time before it is processed.
• Once the order is shipped, our standard ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply.
• Threads & Co. reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to: out of stock items, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments.
